This class is for all: beginners and advanced yogis. Hot Yoga is practiced in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This set sequence will enhance your strength and flexibility, and detoxify every gland and organ while working all systems of the body. Enjoy how your practice can blossom into an active meditation, bringing better focus and clarity to your mind.

Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection”. Practicing this style of yoga, the instructor guides you from postures cueing inhale and exhale. The physical movement dances with the breath. This style allows for a lot of variety, including sun salutations, working towards a sweet savasana.
A 60-minute class that makes frequent use of props such as blocks, chairs, blankets and belts. Props enable the practitioner to effectively align the body. This process of aligning cultures the body and mind into balance and harmony.
This 60-minute Bikram series class is led with minimal dialogue. Background music will play to help deepen your practice, and each instructor’s playlist is unique. Find your moving meditation.
Somatic yoga is a seamless blend of Hatha yoga and gentle awareness through movement exercises. The purpose of somatic yoga is to recognize and release habitual body patterns in order to move more freely. This subtle class is taught at a mindful paces which allows students to internally study how the body is organized (body-mind integration). Students will recognize familiar Hatha-based yoga poses with an invitation to study and breath into new ways of seeing, feeling and being.
Candle-lit room with a 60-minute Yin practice. Yin yoga is a slow-paced class with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The goals are awareness of inner silence and peace with an interconnecting quality.
A 60-minute beginner, heated (90 degrees) stationary class consisting of 40 asanas and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is practiced once for 30 seconds up to 4 minutes offering the whole body and mind approach to practice.
This class awakens our body moving us from the ground up. Suitable and beneficial for all levels of yogis, including beginners! Each class is a blend of breath, motion, stillness using stationary poses. This is a mindful practice for whole body balance, strength, and clarity of mind.
In our bodies there is a highway of channels. A road walked. At times this road has become frazzled, overwhelmed, tired and unresponsive to the call of freedom. This guided meditation will help to calm the central nervous system and ground into comfort.
à la Carte Yoga
KYKP thinks everyone should be able to enjoy yoga! On Sundays we offer a "Community Day" class for $5.00 cash only. The teachers holding this space will vary, hence the à la carte. Suitable for all levels and beginner-friendly, with no heat! Be adventurous, try something new, and honor your body.
